Brief: Phase 1 involved the reconfiguration of the ground floor, with a single storey side and rear extension to house a new kitchen/diner and separate living room.   

Phase 2 includes a loft conversion with an 

L-shaped dormer to provide 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom.

Planning approval has been granted and Phase 1 is currently under construction.
